Vijay started his career in quality control and logistics in the telecom industry at Carrier Access Corporation where he led the Compliance Program and managed the ISO 9001, and the Bureau of Industry and Security Import/Export programs. 

Building on a solid foundation in regulatory compliance, Vijay transitioned to the organic food Industry where he pioneered cGMP, Organic, and Kosher programs at Madhava Natural Sweeteners, enabling them to become the first company in the United States to offer organic agave nectar to consumers. Vijay went on to become the Director of Quality at Boulder Organic Foods, securing several certifications including SQF Level 3 Certification, scaling their manufacturing process, and helping the company grow from a small boutique business to a large national provider of organic foods.
